In order to be an affiliate mortgage broker, we ask that you fulfill at least these minimum requirements:

A minimum of three to five years of experience in mortgage originations
Proven leadership skills
Proven staff management and training skills
Proven performance
Problem solving skills
Relationship building skills
Solid reputation
Uncompromising ethics and unquestionable integrity
